Steven Wilmoth was born and raised in Cookeville, TN. He attended college at Tennessee Technological University where he received a full academic scholarship. While in college he held various leadership positions within his fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha, and he was a charter member and first secretary of Pi Sigma Alpha, a political science honor society. Steven graduated from Tennessee Tech with both a B.S. degree in Political Science as well as a Master of Business Administration degree. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
Upon graduation, Steven accepted a job at a high volume consumer bankruptcy firm in Nashville where he helped hundreds of people both find relief from oppressive debt and protect their assets. Since coming to The Fleming Law Firm, Steven has served as vice president of the Middle Tennessee Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
