Heather E. Haggard


Heather was born and raised in Robertson County, Tennessee. After graduating from Greenbrier High School, she attended Middle Tennessee State University on academic scholarship and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology.


Heather received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law where she received an academic scholarship and was actively involved in the Health Law Society. While in law school, Heather clerked with The Fleming Law Firm & Mediation Center and the Honorable Judge Ross. H. Hicks of the Circuit Court for the 19th Judicial District of Tennessee. 


Upon receiving her Tennessee Bar License, Heather practiced with a firm in Clarksville, Tennessee, before joining The Fleming Law Firm & Mediation Center. Heather focuses primarily on family law, juvenile law, and criminal law.
